Payment & Refund Policies:
* Your reservation is confirmed when the funds are received and processed by Whistler Heli-Skiing.
* Your reservation confirmation, with your reservation number, will be forwarded to you.
Refund policy:
* If we do not fly, you will receive a full refund.
* You may cancel your reservation at any time up to 4:00pm the day before your ski date, for a full refund. Your seat may be forfeited if you have not checked in by 6:00 PM on the day prior to your ski day.
* If you cancel after 4:00 PM the evening before you fly, or on the morning of your intended flight, you will be charged $200.00 plus GST cancellation fee.
* If we are forced to return to Whistler without completing your reserved package the refund policy is as follows.
